Via our online shop, www.drinkdirect.ch, you can order goods either as a customer who has a corresponding customer account or as a guest. 

We need the following data to create a customer account:

  • Phone/E-mail address

  • Birthday

  • Password

The following data is also collected for the ordering of goods:

  • Residential address

  • Payment information such as credit card details

We use this information to receive and process orders, deliver products and services, process payments and communicate with you about orders. 

The data is encrypted during the ordering process and transmitted via the internet using SSL. Credit card data is not stored by us, but is collected and processed directly by our payment service provider. 

3.3 Newsletter

If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on our websites, we require an e-mail address from you. We use this for sending the newsletter, for statistical evaluations and for optimising the newsletter.

To optimise the newsletter for you, we measure and analyse how often the newsletter is opened and which links the readers click on (newsletter tracking).
